BRAZING FLUX
Reference DIN 1045 Status Activity Temperature Range ºC Applications
SOPOR-FLO FH10 Paste/Powder 550 -800 Flux of universal application, specially developed for brazing alloys with wide melting range. Specially suitable for brazing brass-steel, copper and stainless steel except for aluminum alloys.
SOPOR Green - Paste/Powder 450 -800 Flux of universal application, specially developed for brazing alloys with wide melting range. It is strongly advised for brazing brass-steel, copper and stainless steel. It’s an ecological flux, free of fluoride and boric acid.
SOPOR FLO nº1 FH10 Paste/Powder 550 – 800 Flux specially developed for brazing alloys with high silver content. Can be used in brass alloys, copper and stainless steel with the exception of aluminum alloys. .
SOPOR FLO nº4 FH10 Paste/Powder 650 – 850 Flux specially developed for silver brazing alloys with large melting range. Can be used in brass alloys, copper and steel with the exception of aluminum alloys.
Flux for Brass Alloys
SOPOR Bronze FH20 Paste/Powder 700 – 950 Flux specially developed for brass. Particularly suited for steels, brass and bronzes.
Flux for Bronze Alloys
SOPOR FLO nº15 FH21 Paste/Powder 750 – 1200 Flux specially indicated for brazing alloys with working temperatures above 1000 °C. It is used in copper alloys, high steels , middle steels and tungsten carbide alloys.
Flux for Bronze and Brass Alloys
SOPOR Special HD FH21 Paste/Powder 750 – 1050 Flux for use in sintered carbide products, diamond cutting tools, heat resistant stainless steel and refractory metals.
SOPOR Induction FH10 Paste/Powder 550 – 1000 Flux specially suitable for steel brazing, copper and copper alloys, as well as nickel and nickel alloys. Appropriate flux for flame brazing as well as for brazing by induction procedures.
